(1) Included within Other (income) / expense are gains associated with acquisitions completed during the respective periods. During the three month period ended December 31, 2014, the Company recorded a gain of $3.2 million on the re-measurement of a cost investment in an entity which is now a wholly owned subsidiary. During the six months ended December 31, 2014, the Company recorded a $7.0 million bargain purchase gain for an acquisition completed in July 2014.
