Business Combinations	Business Combinations 2022 Acquisition—Carbon The Company completed the acquisition of Carbon (AI) Limited ("Carbon" and such acquisition the "Carbon Acquisition"), a platform that enables publishers to measure, manage, and monetize audience segments, in February 2022 for a total purchase price of $23.1 million in cash. Approximately $2.3 million of the purchase price was held back to cover possible indemnification claims, which was subsequently paid out in February 2023.
