On January 30, 2024, Catherine Vaczy provided Genprex, Inc. (“Genprex” or the “Company”) with a notice of her intention to resign pursuant to Section 7.4 of her Executive Employment Agreement which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K on March 23, 2020 and as amended by the First Amendment to Executive Employment Agreement which was filed with the SEC as Exhibit 10.1 to the Company’s Current Report on 8-K on March 25, 2021. The Company and Ms. Vaczy are currently in discussions related to this matter.
