(a)  Name of Person Filing: This Schedule 13G (the "Schedule") is being filed with respect to shares of Common Stock (as defined below) of A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. (the "Issuer") which are beneficially owned by Praetorian PR LLC (the "Advisor"), Praetorian Capital Fund LLC (the "Fund"), Mongolia (Barbados) Corp. ("Mongolia") and Harris Kupperman ("Kupperman" and together with the Advisor the Fund and Mongolia, collectively, the "Reporting Persons"). See Item 4 below.

(c)  Citizenship: The Advisor is organized in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Mongolia is organized in Barbados. The Fund is a Delaware limited liability company. Kupperman is a United States Citizen.

The percentage ownership of the Reporting Persons is based on the 22,854,540 outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Issuer, as disclosed on the Issuer's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, for the period ending December 31, 2023, and the information reported on is current as of February 2, 2024.
