The Registrant could not file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2020 on or prior to the filing deadline due to the fact that certain amounts require further confirmation and analysis.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, total revenue amounted to $3.4 million and $3.2 million, respectively. Net loss from operations for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019 amounted to $(8.9 million) and $(5.5 million), respectively. For the three months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, total revenue amounted to $0.7 million and $1.4 million, respectively. Net loss from operations for the three months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019 amounted to $(3.9 million) and $(1.6 million), respectively. The third quarter results in 2020 were impacted by a reconfiguration of mechanical and electrical components of the Company’s HEBioT facility targeting improvements in processing, capacity and to allow for potential additional revenue streams to be introduced, which resulted in reduced production during the period.
