		On July 11, 2017, we announced we will release our second-quarter 2017 earnings after the market closes on Monday, July 31, 2017, and will participate in a conference call and live webcast at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10 a.m. Central Daylight Time) on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. The call will also be carried live on our website. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. ONE Gas Second-quarter 2017 Conference Call and Webcast Scheduled

TULSA, Okla. - July 11, 2017 - ONE Gas, Inc. (NYSE: OGS) will release its second-quarter 2017 earnings after the market closes on Mon., July 31, 2017.
