(1) Precision Devices and MedTech & Specialty Audio assets have been adjusted to include a reclassification of $50.4 million and $40.6 million, respectively, of assets at December 31, 2023 that were previously allocated to Consumer MEMS Microphones. These assets will remain with the Company after the disposition of CMM and are, therefore, excluded from Discontinued operations.

Revenues are attributed to regions based on the location of the Company's direct customer, which in some instances is an intermediary and not necessarily the end user. The Company's businesses are based primarily in Asia, North America, and Europe.
