Other Events.

On February 9, 2018, Zosano Pharma Corporation received a letter from the Director of Nasdaq Listing Qualifications notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the requirement of the Nasdaq Stock Market to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.

The letter noted that, as of the close of trading on February 8, 2018, the Company evidenced a closing bid price of its common stock that was greater than or equal to the $1.00 minimum requirement for at least ten consecutive trading days. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and Nasdaq considers the matter closed.
