Effective October 4, 2021, Richard Sorota and the Company agreed to a mutual separation from Perrigo Company plc (the “Company”), such that he is no longer serving as Executive Vice President (“EVP”) & President, Consumer Self-Care Americas of the Company and all relevant subsidiaries and affiliates.

On October 4, 2021, the Company announced the appointment of James Dillard III as EVP and President, Consumer Self-Care Americas effective immediately. Mr. Dillard previously held the role of EVP and Chief Scientific Officer. In his new role, Mr. Dillard will continue to report to Murray Kessler.
