On August 18, 2020, voxeljet AG (the “Company”) provided written notice to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) of its intention to voluntarily transfer the listing of its American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) from the NYSE to the NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”). NASDAQ has authorized the listing of the Company’s ADSs on the NASDAQ Capital Market. The Company’s ADSs are expected to cease trading on the NYSE at market close on August 28, 2020 and begin trading as a NASDAQ-listed security at market open on August 31, 2020 under the Company’s current ticker symbol “VJET.”
