Item 4.01 – Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant
(b) Engagement of New Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm
On April 7, 2021, the Board approved the engagement of Ernst & Young LLP (“EY”) to serve as the Partnership’s new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021. On April 13, 2021, the Partnership entered into an engagement agreement with EY, effective April 13, 2021.
During the years ended December 31, 2020 and 2019, and the subsequent interim period through April 13, 2021, neither the Partnership nor anyone acting on its behalf has consulted with EY regarding any of the matters described in Items 304(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Regulation S-K.
