On March 11, 2024, BioVie Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing updates on its drug candidate pipeline and near-term clinical priorities.
The Company is filing a copy of the press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
