New Accounting Standards | New Accounting Standards Recent Pronouncements In November 2023, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (the “FASB”) issued guidance to improve reportable segment disclosure requirements, primarily through enhanced disclosures about significant segment expenses. The guidance is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2023 and interim periods within fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2024. Early adoption is permitted. We are currently evaluating the impact of this guidance on our consolidated financial statements. In December 2023, the FASB issued guidance to enhance the transparency and decision usefulness of income tax disclosures primarily related to rate reconciliation and income taxes paid information. The guidance is effective for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2024. Early adoption is permitted. Retrospective application is permitted. We are currently evaluating the impact of this guidance on our consolidated financial statements.
