Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
    
On March 19, 2018, Donald R. Shassian, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, of OUTFRONT Media Inc. (the “Company”) announced his decision to retire from the Company in mid-2018.  The Company has initiated a search to fill Mr. Shassian’s position, and Mr. Shassian will assist with the selection process and the transition to his successor.
