Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In January 2021, we paid our regular quarterly cash dividends on our common stock, Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock. See the ‘Dividends and Distributions’ section of Note 12 for additional details. Subsequent to December 31, 2020, the Company authorized the following dividends: •On February 3, 2021, the Company announced that its board of directors authorized payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per common share, payable on April 6, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 19, 2021. •On February 3, 2021, the Company announced that its board of directors authorized payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of approximately $0.45 per share on its Series A Preferred Stock, payable on April 15, 2021, to holders of Series A Preferred Stock of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2021.•On February 3, 2021, the Company announced that its board of directors authorized payment of a regular quarterly cash dividend of approximately $1.63 per share on its Series B Preferred Stock, payable on April 15, 2021, to holders of Series B Preferred Stock of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2021.
