Post-Retirement Plan	17. Post-Retirement Plan The Company has 401(k) plans available to substantially all employees. The Company generally makes matching contributions of 50% of employees’ salary deferral amounts on the first 6% of employees’ compensation. Contributions to the plans during the years ended December 31, 2018, 2017 and 2016 were $1.9 million, $1.0 million and $0.4 million, respectively.
