(NASDAQ: WIX) (the “Company”) is furnishing this Current Report on Form 6-K on June 15, 2023, to report that Avishai Abrahami, the Company’s Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Nir Zohar, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, and other members of the Board, including a trust associated with the family of Mark Tluszcz, the Company’s Chairman of the Board, have informed the Company that they have purchased an aggregate of over $3 million of the Company’s ordinary shares in open market transactions this week.
