Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions As discussed in Note 3, Investment in Joint Venture, the Company and an affiliate of SoftBank formed and capitalized the Joint Venture to accelerate commercialization of its products in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The Company has consolidated the financial position, results of operations and cash flows of the Joint Venture in its financial statements and all intercompany balances have been eliminated in consolidation. The Company and its subsidiaries may, in the ordinary course of business, have transactions with unaffiliated companies of which certain of the Company’s directors are directors and/or executive officers. The Company believes that such transactions are on the same terms generally offered by such other companies to other entities in comparable transactions. The Company does not consider the amounts involved in such transactions to be material in relation to its businesses, the businesses of such other companies or the interests of the directors involved.
