For the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, anti-dilutive options of 4,056,588 and 4,369,171, respectively, were excluded from the computation of diluted earnings per share. For the year ended December 31, 2015, anti-dilutive options and restricted shares with service and performance condition of 4,859,053 were excluded from the computation of diluted loss per share. In addition, as a result of the net loss for the year ended December 31, 2015, dilutive options and warrants totaling 10,669,545 were considered anti-dilutive and excluded from the computation of diluted loss per common share. No allocation of the net loss has been made to participating shares in the calculation of diluted net loss per common share. |
