Item 7.01.          Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously reported, on April 25, 2024, Expro Group Holdings N.V. (the “Company”) announced its results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 (the “Original Earnings Release”). On the same day, the Company issued a press release (the “Revised Earnings Release”) to correct certain guidance information for the quarter ending June 30, 2024 that was contained in the Original Earnings Release. A copy of the Revised Earnings Release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
