Item 5.02.
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain officers.
On November 15, 2017, Match Group, Inc. (“Match Group”) announced, among other management changes, that Amarnath Thombre, Chief Strategy Officer of Match Group, will succeed Mandy Ginsberg as Chief Executive Officer of Match Group Americas, upon Ms. Ginsberg’s previously announced transition to Chief Executive Officer of Match Group. As of such time, Mr. Thombre will no longer serve in the role of Chief Strategy Officer for Match Group.
