        We consent to the use of our report dated March 14, 2014, relating to our audit of Hibernia Energy, LLC as of and for the year ended December 31, 2013 in Amendment No. 1 to the Registration Statement (Form S-4 No. 333-195506) and related Prospectus of Athlon Holdings LP for the offer to exchange up to $500 million of its 7³/8% Senior Notes due 2021 (the "Registration Statement").
