CONTENTS

On December 23, 2020, Evogene Ltd., or Evogene, announced the signing by its subsidiary, Canonic Ltd., or Canonic, of its first cultivation agreement for its medical cannabis varieties. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K, or this Form 6-K, and is incorporated herein by reference.
