ITEM 2.01     COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF ASSETS
On March 31, 2017, Ashford Hospitality Prime, Inc. completed the acquisition of the 190-room Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Beaver Creek, Colorado (the “Park Hyatt Beaver Creek”) for $145.5 million ($766,000 per key), which was previously announced on March 10, 2017. The property will continue to be operated as a Park Hyatt resort under a management agreement with Hyatt Corporation.
