Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 17, 2024, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 9:00 am Eastern Time to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
