Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 10, 2023, Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will report its third quarter ended September 30, 2023 financial results after the market closes on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 9:00 am Eastern Time to discuss its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
