We hereby inform you as a Relevant Information Communication the resignation of Mr. Fernando Dyer Estrella from the position of Corporate Risk and Compliance Officer and from the position of Interim Corporate Audit Officer for strictly personal reasons. The resignation will be effective July 31, 2021.

We thank Mr. Dyer for his leadership and work during his four-year tenure. His contribution has been very significant in the development and implementation of the compliance system as well as in the corporate governance improvements that are pillars of the Company's transformation.

Considering that Mr. Dyer's functions report to the Board of Directors, the Board is evaluating alternatives to replace Mr. Dyer, which will be informed in due course.
