By means of this letter, we hereby announce, as a Relevant Information Communication that, today, October 02 2017, our subsidiary Vial and Vives - DSD, with a 50% stake in a consortium with the company TNT Chile Limitada, has subscribed with Minera Spence S.A. (a subsidiary of BHP Billiton), the EPC Contract for the VWP1 SGO Spence - Material Handling Project, which consists of the construction and assembly of the crushing plant and material transport.

The amount of the contract amounts to US $ 131,808,329 and the duration is from October 2017 to January 2020.
