By means of this letter, we hereby announce, as a Relevant Information Communication that, today, September 29, 2017, the Graña y Montero Group, within the asset sales process it has been carrying out, has sold to the fund VOLCOMCAPITAL Debt Peru, the building located in block 49 of Petit Thouars Avenue, which is one of its corporate headquarters in Peru.

The amount of the purchase-sale amounts to US$ 20.5 million.

The transaction structured by BP Capital Perú, includes a lease for up to ten years to Graña y Montero Group, as well as a purchase option on the building.
