Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation for Relevant Information Communications and Confidential Information, we refer to the press releases that have circulated in various media with respect to a collective civil action presented against the Company in the United States federal courts based on the statements made by the former representative of Odebrecht in Peru.

In connection thereto, we hereby announce that today, the Company has retained the U.S. law firms of Smyser, Kaplan & Veselka, LLP and Orihuela Abogados | Attorneys at Law to lead an investigation of this matter and to provide legal defense of the company in these and any other U.S. legal proceedings. Because this matter is now in active litigation in the United States, the Company will make no further public comment at this time and will be responding to the allegations in the United States courts.
