Reference: Relevant Information Communication – Divestment Plan

Dear Sirs:

On January 24, 2017, we informed through a Relevant Information Communication the termination of the Gasoducto Sur Peruano concession contract as well as the financial impacts in the Group. It was explained that, as part of an action plan, a divestment plan would be submitted for approval during the next Board of Directors in order to enable the Group to meet its financial obligations prior to the collection of the Net Book Value of the assets, as stipulated in the above mentioned concession contract.

Today, Thursday January 26, 2017, the Board of Directors of Graña y Montero approved a plan where the Group will divest non-strategic assets up to the sum of US$ 300 million, and appointed Mr. Juan Antonio Rodriguez Canales as Corporate Business Manager, who will have as main function the execution of the aforementioned divestment plan.
