Dear Sirs:
Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication that on July 11
, 2016, our subsidiary GyM Ferrovías S.A. has subscribed the Addendum N°
4 to the Line 1 Concession Contract of the Basic Metro Network of Lima -
Mass Electrical Transport System for Lima and Callao, in order to
purchase a total of 20 trains and 39 railcars. The process of,
manufacturing the first two trains, shipping to Perú and operation will
last between 18 and 24 months. According to the manufacturer’s schedule,
these first trains will arrive by the end of 2017, while others will
arrive at the beginning of 2018.
The total amount of the
investment is of approximately US$ 505’000,000.00, including general tax
sales.
