Dear Sirs:

Hereby we inform as a Relevant Information Communication, that on December 18, 2013, the Consortium Río Santa - Chavimochic, formed by Graña y Montero S.A.A, Odebrecht Participacoes e Investimentos S.A. and Constructora Norberto Odebrecht S.A., was adjudicated the concession for the design and construction of the third phase of the hydraulic works, as well as for the maintenance and operation of the first, second and third phase of the Chavimochic project.

Through this project, 63,000 hectares of new land will be incorporated to agriculture, and the irrigation system of other 47,000 hectares will be improved in La Libertad region.

The estimated investment will be of USD 700 million, and the concession period will be of 25 years.
