On February 11, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Science Applications International Corporation (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of David M. Kerko as a member of the Board, including all committees thereof, effective as of February 12, 2021, in connection with a change in Mr. Kerko’s employment status. Mr. Kerko’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
