On March 22, 2016, TRAC Intermodal LLC decided that due to current market conditions, it has elected not to proceed with its proposed offering with TRAC Intermodal Corp. of $485 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2021, and related use of proceeds, which it had previously announced on March 7, 2016.
