Unitymedia KabelBW GmbH (Unitymedia KabelBW), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Liberty Global plc (Liberty Global), is a broadband communications operator in Germany. For purposes of its standalone reporting obligations, Unitymedia KabelBW prepares its consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, as adopted by the European Union. On November 26, 2013, Unitymedia KabelBW's report for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 was posted to the investor relations section of the websites of Liberty Global (www.libertyglobal.com) and Unitymedia KabelBW (www.umkbw.de).
