On February 22, 2016, Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP announced that the President and Chief Executive Officer of its general partner, David G. Dehaemers, Jr., will make a presentation at Salient Partners’ MLP conference on February 24, 2016 in Houston, Texas. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
