On May 19, 2015, Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP announced that members of its management team will participate in the NAPTP 2015 MLP Investor Conference to be held May 20 – 22, 2015 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, Fla. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
