(1) Spartan Capital Securities, LLC ("Spartan Capital") is a broker-dealer that has assisted the Company with a range of services including capital raising activities, M&A advisory, and consulting services. The Company has a 5 years agreement with Spartan Capital commencing October 2018 for the provision of such services. During the years ended December 31, 2018 to December 31, 2020, a series of payments were made under the terms of this agreement, resulting in amounts being capitalized and amortized over the remaining life of the agreement. These amounts were fully amortized by September 30, 2023.
