RELATED PARTIES	NOTE 9 - RELATED PARTIES As noted in Note 12, on April 23, 2014 a related party founder purchased 200,000 shares of the Company's common shares for $100,000. As noted in Note 12, on May 2, 2014, a related party purchased 500,000 shares of the Company's common shares for $250,000.
