State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 11-K, 20-F, 10-Q, N-SAR, or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Vislink Technologies, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the “Annual Report”) by the prescribed filing date of March 31, 2021 because the Company requires additional time to finalize the Annual Report. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Annual Report as soon as possible, but no later than no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date. The Registrant does not expect that its financial results to be included in the Annual Report, when filed, will reflect any material changes from those included in the Company’s press release issued on March 31, 2021, which announced the results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2020.
