Other Events.

On January 17, 2020, Peter Chakoutis, the Vice President of Finance of Biostage, Inc. (the “Company”) resigned effective immediately. The Company intends to commence a search for an experienced finance candidate, including as to the role of Chief Financial Officer (interim or otherwise).
