(b) On April 5, 2022, Ms. Simone Lagomarsino informed the board of directors (the "Board") of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (the "Company") of her intention not to seek re-election to the Board in order to devote time to other professional commitments. Ms. Lagomarsino's departure is not as a result of a disagreement with the Company.
