Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions In October 2015, McAfee LLC (formerly known as Intel Security) announced the end-of-sale for the McAfee Vulnerability Manager to customers and partners, effective January 11, 2016, with end-of-life to follow, and announced that we were named their exclusive vulnerability management partner. Under the terms of the commercial agreement, we incur partner referral fees as customers transition from McAfee Vulnerability Manager to Nexpose. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, we recognized sales and marketing expense of $0.9 million and $1.8 million, respectively, related to partner referral fees payable to McAfee LLC. On February 6, 2017, Michael Berry, a member of our Board of Directors, became the Chief Financial Officer of McAfee LLC.
