Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions In October 2015, Intel Security announced the end-of-sale for the McAfee Vulnerability Manager to customers and partners, effective January 11, 2016, with end-of-life to follow, and announced that we were named their exclusive vulnerability management partner. Under the terms of the commercial agreement, we incur partner referral fees as customers transition from McAfee Vulnerability Manager to Nexpose. During the year ended December 31, 2017, we recognized sales and marketing expense of $2.7 million related to partner referral fees paid to Intel Security. On February 6, 2017, Michael Berry, a member of our board of directors, became the chief financial officer of Intel Security (McAfee). In July 2015, entities affiliated with Technology Crossover Ventures purchased $5.0 million of our common stock (312,500 shares) in a private placement concurrent with the completion of our IPO at a price per share equal to the IPO price of $16.00 per share. Entities affiliated with Technology Crossover Ventures are holders of more than 5% of our capital stock and Timothy McAdam, a member of our board of directors, is affiliated with such entities.
