Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On August 25, 2016, Immune Therapeutics, Inc. notified warrant holders that have current warrants with an exercise price of $1.00 that their warrants have been extended until December 31, 2018 pursuant to board action.

 

All other terms of the warrants remain the same. The expiration date of all warrants expiring after December 31, 2018 has not been changed.
