February 18, 2023, Arcimoto, Inc. (the “Company”) distributed a newsletter that provided a general update on the Company.
A copy of the newsletter is attached and incorporated herein by reference.

February 21, 2023, the Company distributed a press release which announced the start of 2023 vehicle production and certain product improvements.
