On May 1, 2015, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its first quarter 2015 financial results before the market opens on Monday, May 11, 2015. The Company will conduct an investor conference call to discuss the results on Monday, May 11, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET.  Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
