On January 28, 2014, RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (the "Company") was informed that on January 28, 2014 a holder of the Company's tradable Series 1 Warrants (“Warrants”) filed a request with the Tel-Aviv District Court to extend the exercise period of the Warrants. The Company is currently considering its position in relation to the request.
