Regulation FD Disclosure.

Pacific Green Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: PGTK) today announces the board of directors has authorized a share repurchase program, pursuant to which the Company is authorized to repurchase up to $1 million of its common stock through December 31, 2021. The Company may repurchase shares on the open market, in compliance with Rule 10b-18, or through privately negotiated transactions at times and prices considered appropriate by the Company, at the discretion of management, and subject to its assessment of market conditions and other economic factors.
